How to Apply: Send your CVs to [email protected] Role Description: The Supply Acquisition Manager (Hotel Onboarding – Uttar Pradesh) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for expanding Saltstayz’s hotel portfolio across the state. This role includes identifying potential partner hotels, pitching Saltstayz’s value proposition, negotiating commercial terms, and closing onboarding agreements. The manager coordinates due diligence, oversees onboarding workflows, and ensures new properties meet brand, quality, and operational standards before going live.

Daily activities involve field visits, relationship building with hotel owners, market analysis,



monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating closely with operations, revenue, and central sales teams to ensure smooth handover and performance of newly acquired supply. The role also includes tracking acquisition targets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing feedback to improve acquisition processes and partner satisfaction. Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel supply acquisition, business development, or B2B sales within hospitality or travel.

Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation with property owners and partners.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze local demand patterns, and identify high-potential locations and properties.

Comfort with field work, on-ground property assessments, and managing end-to-end onboarding processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and local languages in Uttar Pradesh is an advantage.

Structured working style with good documentation, CRM usage, and data reporting habits.

Understanding of hotel operations, room inventory, pricing, and basic revenue management concepts.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.

High level of ownership, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Willingness to travel frequently within Uttar Pradesh and be based in office in Lucknow.
