Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic State Head – Homecare Business to lead and scale our homecare operations across the Delhi NCR region. The role demands full ownership of business performance, including P&L; management, revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, healthcare business expertise, and experience in managing large-scale homecare or healthcare operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & P&L; Management

- Take complete ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the homecare business in the assigned region.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies and expansion plans.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end homecare operations ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and company SOPs.
- Strengthen operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain service excellence across all homecare offerings.

Business Development




- Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and insurance partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and clinical staff.
- Define KPIs and ensure consistent performance tracking.
- Build a high-performance, accountable, and patient-centric team culture.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key representative of 2050 Healthcare in the region.
- Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic planning and business reviews.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and partner engagement.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field. MBA (Healthcare/Marketing) preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, homecare, hospital management, or healthcare business development.
- Strong expertise in P&L; management and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
