Key Responsibilities

Advanced Network Operations & Troubleshooting

Act as L3 escalation point for complex network incidents (P1/P2)

Perform deep troubleshooting across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and routing domains

Analyze network issues using packet captures, logs, and monitoring tools

Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise network infrastructure

Switching & Routing (Cisco)

Configure and manage

oCisco Catalyst (C9200/C9300/C9500) and Nexus switches

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:

oRouting protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)

oVLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP

Perform software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management

Wireless (Cisco)

Strong experience in

oCisco WLC (9800 / AireOS) and Access Points

Troubleshoot

oClient connectivity issues oAuthentication failures (802. 1X, ISE integration)





oRoaming and RF optimization issues

Security & SD-WAN

Hands-on experience with:

oFortinet Firewall (policy, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting)

oFortinet SD-WAN (policy, SLA, traffic steering)

oCisco ISE administration (AAA, 802. 1X, posture, policies)

Network Management & Monitoring

Experience with tools

oObservium, SolarWinds, SNMP monitoring platforms

Manage and troubleshoot

oDNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox preferred)

Proactively monitor network health and performance

Identify and mitigate potential issues before impact

Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC)

Hands-on experience in:

oDevice onboarding oTemplate-based configuration oAssurance and telemetry analysis

Design & Architecture Support

Participate in
