- Manage end-to-end contract administration for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, work orders, and agreements with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial and legal risks.
- Handle contract claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and finance teams for contract execution and monitoring.
- Monitor project costs, contractual obligations, and payment certifications.
- Maintain contract documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, and vendor negotiations.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide management with regular updates on contract performance.
- Ensure timely closure of contracts and final account settlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Contracts Management within the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of contract laws, tendering, procurement, and project commercial management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
