JOB PURPOSE

We are a premier Australian travel company looking for sharp, high-energy Travel Sales Consultants to join our 100% remote team in India. In this role, you will handle inbound B2C calls, converting flight inquiries into bookings for retail customers. You will manage the entire booking lifecyclefrom routingoptimisation and GDS booking to cross-selling travel ancillarieswhile delivering exceptional, frictionless service to

Australian customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Convert B2C Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat leads from retail travellers looking for international and domestic flight options Ex Australia.
- End-to-End Processing: Build, price, quote, and issue accurate flight itineraries using Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Maximise Revenue: Proactively upsell and cross-sell travel ancillaries, including premium seating, extra baggage, flexible fare rules, and travelinsurance wherever possible.
- Manage Changes & Disruptions: Eciently process date changes, cancellations, re-issuance, and refunds according to airline fare rules and company policies.
- Maintain High CSAT: Deliver friendly, skilled, and clear communication tailored to the Australian market to build long-term customer trust.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

- Experience:



Minimum 2-5 years of active experience in international voice B2C flight sales or retail travel consulting. Experience handling Australian or Western geography is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in a major GDS Amadeus (building PNRs, manual pricing, re-issuance, and splitting PNRs).
- Sales Mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, seat-utilisation goals,and gross revenue targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with clear, neutral accent and excellent active listening abilities.
- Remote Readiness: A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of background noise.

REMOTE INFRASTRUCTURE PREREQUISITES (Candidates must possess and verify these elements during the initial screening phase)

• High-Speed Internet: Broadband connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download/upload speed.

- Network Redundancy: A dedicated mobile data hotspot or secondary line for internet backup.
- Workspace: A structured, quiet environment suitable for professional voice operations.
