Responsibilities

- Manage structural rehab projects from planning to completion.

- Oversee retrofits using CFRP, FRCM, micro concrete & epoxy injection.

- Lead client coordination and government liaison for projects.

- Independently handle multiple project sites simultaneously.

- Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within schedule and budget.

- Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Build and manage project teams independently.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, architects, and government departments.

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, contractual, and technical specifications.

- Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, DPRs, progress reports, and technical documentation.

- Manage client communication, qualified email correspondence, and project meetings.

- Monitor project costs, billing, procurement coordination, material planning, and resource utilization.

- Resolve technical and execution-related challenges at site.

- Ensure timely certification, billing, variation approvals, and project closure.
