Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Strong knowledge of IFSC regulatory frameworks including banking, fund management, finance company, capital market, and insurance regulations.
- Solid understanding of Corporate Tax, International Tax, and Transfer Pricing principles for compliance and advisory work.
- Ability to support global compliance and reporting assignments with accurate interpretation of tax and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing MIS, tracking engagement deliverables, and maintaining high-quality documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capability to lead junior team members while contributing to business development and identifying new client opportunities.
