Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 914 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, with experience in cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices. You will play a key role in application architecture, technical design, code quality, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support critical releases.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- 9–14 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Core Java.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.




- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Solid understanding of REST API integration between frontend and backend.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding standards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiarity with ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and domain-driven design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Java or Cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Work Location Pune (Hybrid) – Candidates should be willing to work from the Pune office in a hybrid work model.
