– Executive / Senior Executive – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) & Financial Reporting

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance skilled with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monthly financial close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and IFRS/IND AS reporting within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Telecom industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct P&L;, balance sheet, and cost center variance analysis, providing meaningful insights and commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Perform cost recovery calculations, accrual accounting, and financial reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS, IND AS, and IGAAP.
- Assist in consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Improve financial reporting processes through automation and standardization.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Business, Operations, and Audit.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Approximately 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A;, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Telecom, or other multinational organizations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, IND AS, and IGAAP.
- Experience in management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of consolidation and regulatory reporting is preferred.

- ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
- Financial Planning & Reporting Tools: Cognos, TM1/Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), FPM
- Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Accounting Standards: IFRS, IND AS, IGAAP
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
