About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights, business analysis, and commercial recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Leadership teams to improve profitability, optimize pricing, strengthen financial planning, and drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning for business units.

Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports for senior management.

Build robust financial models to support business planning, investments, expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve financial performance.

Conduct variance analysis between budgets, forecasts, and actual performance, providing actionable recommendations.

Analyze product, customer, channel, and business profitability to identify growth opportunities and improve margins.

Own the product pricing framework by evaluating raw material costs, manufacturing expenses, logistics costs, competitor pricing,



and margin performance to recommend timely pricing revisions.

Evaluate the financial viability and ROI of new initiatives, product launches, and capital investments.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement.

Support working capital management through analysis of inventory, receivables, and cash flow.

Ensure financial accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with company policies.

Present financial insights and business recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

Preferred Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or a related discipline.

3–7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis.

Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Agrochemical, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, or similar industries is preferred.

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, business analysis, and financial modeling.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards).

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of product costing, pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and commercial finance.

Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
