Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the premises, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors, and preventing unauthorized access. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to handle security-related situations effectively.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of Sitra Healthcare For Life.
- Control access to the facility by checking the identification of visitors and staff.
- Respond to security alarms and incidents promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building, including security checkpoints and emergency exits.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas and report any suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities and incidents.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and provide first aid if needed.




- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors while ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

- 10th Pass or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle security-related situations calmly and professionally.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with people effectively.
- Ability to work in shifts and be available for emergencies.
- Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties effectively.
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols.
