Identify and onboard new school partners and franchisees.

Develop and execute expansion strategies to grow the Dreamtime Learning network.

Build strong relationships with school owners, trustees, and education leaders.

Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, negotiations, and closures.

Achieve business growth targets while ensuring long-term partner success.

Represent Dreamtime Learning at education forums, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in school partnerships, franchise development, or the education sector.

Robust network with school owners, principals, and educational institutions.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.
