We’re Hiring: Sales Professional – UK

JohnTuringWatson Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Professional to support our business expansion across the United Kingdom.

We are seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of the UK technology market and proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, application development, and digital transformation services .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across the UK
- Build relationships with enterprises, SMEs, technology companies, and strategic partners
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with key decision-makers
- Present JTW’s products, services, delivery capabilities, and operating model
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and delivery teams
- Support proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions
- Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities
- Build long-term client and partner relationships

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or technology consulting in the UK
- Existing network of business contacts and decision-makers




- Strong understanding of the UK B2B technology and outsourcing market
- Experience selling managed services, consulting, software development, or digital solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle
- Strong focus on pipeline development and revenue generation

Engagement Approach The initial engagement will be monitored through clearly defined sales outcomes, including:
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Meetings arranged with decision-makers
- Opportunities progressed through the pipeline
- Proposals and commercial submissions
- Deals closed and revenue generated
- Quality and consistency of reporting and follow-ups
