Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Sales & Business Development
- Onboard multi-specialty hospitals, trauma centers, and neurology/orthopedic setups
- Conduct product demos, clinical presentations, and pilot deployments
- Drive conversions through effective value articulation and negotiation
2. Clinical Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with ER doctors, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and ICU teams
- Position Cerebo on clinical outcomes, faster triage, and cost efficiency
3. Key Account Management
- Manage accounts end-to-end, including onboarding, training, and engagement
- Drive repeat business and referrals
4. Channel Partner Management
- Appoint and manage distributors
- Support via training, joint visits, and enablement
5. Sales Execution & Pipeline
- Maintain strong pipeline and achieve targets
- Track competition and market trends
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with service and clinical teams for deployment and training
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in hospital / medical device sales
- Ability to sell clinical and commercial value
- Robust presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent relationship management
