About The Role We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive domestic and international sales of JCB and heavy equipment spare parts. This role is critical for building our export business and dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop domestic and export sales channels
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, email)
- Build relationships with dealers, workshops, and importers
- Generate leads and close orders
- Maintain client database and follow-ups

Export Responsibilities




- Handle international inquiries and quotations
- Basic knowledge of export documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners

Requirements

- 3–7 years experience in spare parts / automotive / heavy equipment sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of JCB / machinery parts

Preferred

- Existing network in spare parts market
- Export experience (Africa / Middle East)
