Position: Real Estate Sales Executive cum Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive cum Manager to drive sales across commercial properties, residential properties, and land transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct customers, brokers, and channel partners while ensuring smooth execution of the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales leads and close deals for commercial properties, residential houses, plots, and land.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and registration.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and deal execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the broker and channel partner network.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data,



and follow-up reports in the CRM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 35 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate, residential sales, and land transactions.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the Lucknow market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
