We are looking for enthusiastic MBA Freshers who are passionate about building a career in Real Estate Sales.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA Freshers only
- Age between 21 to 26 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred candidates from Navi Mumbai or Central Mumbai
- Robust interest in sales and customer relationship management

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

Required Skills





- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and target-driven approach
- Relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA mandatory)
- Freshers with a keen interest in Real Estate Sales are encouraged to apply
