Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Support – Loans role based in Jaipur. The role involves responding to customer inquiries related to loan products, applications, repayments, and account status via phone, email, and digital channels. The team member will guide customers through application and documentation processes, provide clear information on loan terms and eligibility,



and escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when needed.

Responsibilities include tracking and resolving service requests, maintaining accurate records in support systems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience aligned with Olive Capital’s standards. The role also requires collaborating with operations and credit teams, following compliance guidelines, and proactively identifying common customer issues to suggest process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Handle leads generated through Social Media platforms

Connect with customers over calls and understand their loan requirements

Guide customers through the loan application process

Follow up regularly until loan disbursement

Maintain customer records in the CRM and ensure timely updates Who Can Apply?

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Experience in Telecalling, Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, or DSA is preferred

Freshers with confidence and a learning mindset are also welcome
