Role Description - If selected for this role the selected Candidates will be designated as Subject Matter Expert or Associate SME and the selected candidates will get a lifetime opportunity to be part of the jury or Moderator or Chairman or Co-Chairman of various mega events of VIKSIT BHARAT CONFERENCES or VIKISIT BHARAT AWARDS or VIKSIT BHARAT EXPO at six cities of India - held every two months once in India for empowering VIKSIT BHARAT 2047. This is a part-time Subject Matter Expert or Associate SME and AFFILIATE SALES and Marketing lifetime opportunity, and this is a remote volunteer role for Empowering VIKSIT BHARAT 2047 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist supporting VIKSHIT BHARAT CONFERENCES & MEGA EXPO initiatives across Delhi,



Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The specialist will engage prospects and partners through calls, emails, and digital outreach to promote conferences, expos, and awards, and to generate qualified B2B leads for IGEN’s ecosystem platforms.

Daily tasks include explaining event and platform value propositions, nurturing relationships with businesses and industry stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and guiding interested participants through registration or onboarding processes. The role also involves assisting with basic marketing activities such as sharing content, supporting campaign execution, and providing feedback from the market to improve offerings. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain exposure to high-level B2B networks and global trade ecosystems.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with diverse business stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive outreach, convert leads, and support participant and partner acquisition for events and platforms.

Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard participants, explain platform features, and support knowledge-sharing activities.

Candidates should ideally have familiarity with B2B events, trade fairs, or business networking platforms and an interest in global trade and economic development.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with basic digital literacy (email, online communication tools, CRM or spreadsheets) and a results-oriented mindset.

A background in business, marketing, international trade, or related fields is beneficial, though individuals from diverse educational and professional backgrounds are welcome to apply.
