We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can help expand the Arvion.cult network, build strategic partnerships, and develop creative ways to grow the community.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Arvion.cult.
- Identify and reach out to potential members, founders, entrepreneurs, and partners.
- Build partnerships with startups, brands, college entrepreneurship cells, founder communities, and organizations.
- Generate leads for collaborations, sponsorships, and events.
- Assist with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media growth strategies.
- Develop campaigns for Arvion.cult events and community initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work closely with the founder and creative team on growth campaigns.
- Track outreach, leads, partnerships, and campaign performance.
- Experiment with unconventional and creative community-growth strategies.

Who We're Looking For




- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, marketing, and networking.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and organizations.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Sales, marketing, business development, or community-building experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
