Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The designer will develop creative and functional interior concepts for residential projects, including layout planning, material selection, and finishes. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their needs, preparing design presentations and mood boards, coordinating construction drawings, and working closely with project and site teams to ensure design execution as planned.





The role also involves collaborating with vendors for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;), monitoring project timelines and quality, and ensuring designs adhere to budget and safety standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Architecture for residential spaces.

Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize room layouts and circulation.

Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and basic knowledge of building materials and finishes.

Candidates should possess skills in FF&E;, including furniture selection, fixtures, and decorative elements.

Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.

Strong visualization, presentation, and client communication skills, with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Ability to coordinate with site teams, manage multiple projects, and work within defined budgets and timelines.
