The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and managing Loan Against Property (LAP) business, driving asset growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

- Source LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
- Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned geography

2. Customer & Relationship Management

- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers and referral partners
- Provide end-to-end customer support from login to disbursement
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

3. Credit & Documentation Coordination

- Collect and verify required documents (KYC, income, property papers)
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan processing
- Ensure proper login quality and minimize rejection rates

4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management





- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure low delinquency levels
- Adhere to internal credit policies and compliance guidelines
- Manage early warning signals and follow up on overdue accounts

5. Process & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, audit requirements, and regulatory norms
- Maintain accurate data in LOS and internal systems

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 to8 years of experience in NBFC/Banking (LAP/Mortgage/Business Loans)
- Solid knowledge of LAP products, credit norms, and local market dynamics
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
