Summary We are looking for an experienced logistics professional with 6 years of experience in the FMCG/Beverage industry to lead regional logistics operations. The role demands expertise in secondary transportation, warehouse & C&F; operations, vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization. Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end C&F; operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
- Ensuring timely secondary transportation and distribution across the assigned region.
- Optimizing transportation routes, vehicle utilization, and logistics costs.
- Leading and developing large teams, transporters, and vendor partners.
- Driving warehouse productivity, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Managing regional logistics budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensuring statutory compliance, audit readiness, and process governance.
- Collaborating with sales, planning, manufacturing, and finance teams to improve service levels.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

Requirements





- 6 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Mandatory experience in the Beverage industry with a reputed FMCG organization.
- Current designation as Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong experience in secondary logistics, C&F; operations, and warehouse management.
- Proven expertise in transportation planning, inventory management, and vendor management.
- Experience in handling large operational teams and regional logistics budgets.
- Strong understanding of logistics compliance, audits, SOP implementation, and process improvement.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
