AssuranceConduct regular quality checks and audits of nursing practices. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols. Monitor patient records for completeness and accuracy. Identify quality gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of nursing experience. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or nursing leadership role.
Experience in healthcare quality assurance and audits is preferred.
