QMS Asst Manager Injection Moulding QMS Excellence Who you are/: To guarantee standard compliance, create, maintain, and oversee the plant's QMS manuals, work instructions, standard operating procedures /(SOPs/), and documentation control matrix. Organize and validate full Production Part Approval Process /(PPAP/) dossiers, including control plans, flowcharts, and material test reports, as well as lead advanced product quality planning /(APQP/) meetings for current injection molds. As the main plant host for high/-stakes external certifying bodies and customer quality audits, organize and carry out stringent internal process, product, and system audit schedules.
Track internal rejections and customer complaints at the plant level, direct methodical 8D investigations,
and use Fishbone and 5/-Why frameworks to implement long/-lasting Corrective and Preventive Actions /(CAPA/).
