REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare role is pivotal in driving the success of ITES projects within the healthcare sector. Based in Bangalore, this position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of business analysis and healthcare interoperability standards.

Description

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred for advanced analytical roles.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification.
- Proven experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools and SQL.
- Solid documentation and communication skills, with experience in using tools like JIRA and Visio.
- PMP or Agile certification to enhance project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze,



and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and system integration diagrams to support project objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and healthcare professionals to design and implement innovative IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Utilize workflow automation tools to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
