We're Hiring | Project Coordinator (FF&E; / Interior Fit-Out)

Are you an organized, proactive skilled who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deadlines are met? Join Wood Couture and be part of delivering world-class luxury hospitality and residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities from order to delivery

Track project timelines, approvals, and milestones

Liaise with clients, vendors, procurement, production, and logistics teams

Follow up on RFQs, POs, shop drawings, material approvals, and shipments

Maintain project documentation and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports

Identify project risks and proactively drive timely resolutions

What We're Looking For:

3 to 6 years of Project Coordination experience

Background in FF&E;, Interior Fit-Out, Furniture Manufacturing, Construction,



or Hospitality Projects preferred

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office (ERP exposure is an advantage)

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities

Location: Hyderabad, India
