The Production

Supervisor will be responsible for supervising shop-floor operations to ensure high productivity, quality, and timely execution of production orders. The role requires close coordination with the planning team and effective people management to meet daily production targets. ⸻ Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise production operators to achieve high production output and efficiency.
- Allocate manpower daily based on production plans and machine availability.
- Execute production orders as provided by the planning team and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Monitor daily production progress and share regular updates with management.




- Ensure correct use of raw materials, tools, measuring instruments, and equipment.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions to avoid delays. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
- Must-have technical skills:
- Strong understanding of basic calculations, especially inch-to-mm conversions.
- Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as scale and measuring tape.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and shop-floor practices.
- Strong people management and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with workers, planning team, and management.
