– Vacuum Forming Supervisor

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vacuum Forming Supervisor for our travel gear manufacturing unit in Faridabad. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in vacuum forming operations, mould setting, sheet forming, and production handling related to trolley/luggage manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise vacuum forming production activities and manpower.

Handle machine setup, mould changing, and process monitoring.

Ensure proper forming of PC/ABS sheets for luggage shell production.

Maintain production targets with minimum rejection and wastage.

Monitor product quality and coordinate with QA team.





Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.

Ensure proper temperature, pressure, and forming cycle settings.

Train operators and maintain production discipline.

Coordinate with maintenance and production planning teams.

Ensure machine safety and workplace housekeeping.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of vacuum forming/thermoforming process.

Experience in mould setting and machine troubleshooting.

Knowledge of PC, ABS, Polycarbonate sheet forming preferred.

Good production handling and manpower management skills.

Ability to reduce rejection and improve productivity.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience.

Must be from luggage, travel gear, plastic moulding, or thermoforming industry.

Candidates from trolley/luggage shell manufacturing preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production preferred.
