- Manage the complete production cycle from Sampling to Bulk Production for Women Fashion Garments
- Coordinate with Tailors, Embroidery units, Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing Vendors to ensure smooth production.
- Plan production schedules and monitor timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Oversee quality control at every stage of production and resolve production-related issues.
- Optimize production costs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Apparel Units
- Solid knowledge of Fabrics, Embroidery (hand & machine), Dyeing, Printing, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Garment Production processes.
- Experience in handling production teams and vendors
- Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for vendor and production unit coordination, if required.
- Can send Production and Quality reports via Email.
- Ability to read Buyer’s Techpack

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
