A production supervisor manages the daily operations of a manufacturing floor, directing staff, and meeting output goals. Core duties include workflow planning, safety enforcement, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities-
- Work Scheduling: Plan daily and weekly tasks, assign duties to workers, and track the progress of production targets.
- Team Leadership: Train current staff, monitor performance, provide coaching, and handle shift communication.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules, ensure proper use of safety gear, and maintain an audit-ready floor.
- Quality & Troubleshooting: Inspect output against standards, fix equipment breakdowns fast, and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Record daily production numbers and present performance metrics to senior managers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
