- Prepare and execute production plans based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Plan and monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate dispatch planning to achieve on-time customer deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Perform capacity planning and production scheduling for effective resource utilization.
- Work on ERP/SAP for production planning, material tracking, and inventory management.
- Generate MIS reports and analyze production performance.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, scheduling, and inventory control processes.
