- Ensure Safety on shop Floor Track near miss, Track accidents, training on 5S & Safety. QMS /EMS Compliance for department related activities. Adherence to agreed norms for schedule adherence and pending orders (ZVs)
- Increase in Productivity Nos /Person and ensure discipline on Shop, Material accountability. Ensure TPM, TQM initiatives and Safety improvement on Shop.
- Reduction in FTY loss (in dpm). Cost savings through Digitalisations, Small Automation, Value Engineering, Material and Labour productivity. Active participation in initiatives through various projects in lean/VSM/Poka-yoke/PFMEA
Preferred candidate profile Knowledge on SAP MM, Word/Excel/PPT
Root cause analysis on Gaps QC tool, Know how about GMP, De-bottlenecking skills
