Role Description The Production Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees end-to-end production planning activities, including developing and maintaining production schedules, aligning capacity and resources, and coordinating with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery. The manager monitors workflow, tracks production performance, identifies bottlenecks, and implements corrective actions to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.





Daily responsibilities include analyzing demand forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, preparing reports for leadership, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with company standards and safety practices. The role also involves cross-functional communication to ensure that production plans align with project timelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Robust production planning abilities, including experience in Production Planning and Planning in an industrial or engineering environment.

Hands-on expertise in managing Production Schedules and coordinating resources across multiple projects or product lines.

Demonstrated production management skills, including oversight of shop-floor activities, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.

Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, forecasting demand, optimizing processes, and solving complex operational problems.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field); a postgraduate qualification in operations or management is an advantage.

Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems and standard production planning tools; familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Experience in heavy engineering, pollution control equipment, or similar manufacturing setups will be considered an added benefit.
