About Us

Ellwinkz Sourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing apparel manufacturing company specialising in premium denim and garment production for leading Indian and international fashion brands. We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced factory environment and has strong expertise in denim manufacturing and washing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production merchandising from order confirmation through to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, production, quality, washing units, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and manage Time & Action (T&A;) Calendars and monitor critical production milestones.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, washing, finishing, and packaging.
- Coordinate sampling, PP approvals, fit approvals, and production approvals.
- Work closely with the factory team to resolve production bottlenecks and maintain delivery schedules.
- Monitor production status daily and provide accurate MIS reports.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Liaise with external washing units to ensure wash development, approvals, and bulk production meet buyer expectations.
- Coordinate with planning and sourcing teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Support costing discussions and order execution where required.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser in a denim garment manufacturing factory.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Denim garment construction
- Denim washing processes and approvals
- Production planning
- Fabric and trims coordination
- T&A; management
- Experience handling buyer communications and factory coordination.
- Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes from sampling to shipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Current denim production roles commonly emphasise end-to-end order management, T&A; calendars, washing coordination, factory follow-ups, and production reporting.

Preferred

- Experience working with domestic and export buyers.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
