Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and monitor transformer production activities to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- Lead manufacturing teams across Core & Coil, Tanking, Assembly, Testing, and Dispatch.

- Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize resource utilization.

- Implement process improvements, SOPs, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

- Monitor safety, quality, and compliance standards across the plant.

- Drive continuous improvement and reduce production losses and rework.

Requirements

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- 8–15 years of experience in transformer manufacturing,



with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Solid knowledge of Distribution and Power Transformer manufacturing processes.

- Experience in production planning, manpower management, and process optimization.

- Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
