Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Officer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in biscuit manufacturing. The candidate should be a Food Technology graduate with strong knowledge of biscuit production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day production activities in the biscuit manufacturing unit.
- Monitor mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling, and packing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and schedule.
- Maintain product quality and process parameters as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP practices.
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Packaging departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain production reports, batch records, and shift documentation.




- Monitor manpower utilization and shop floor discipline.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of biscuit manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI norms.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / BSC/MSC in Food Technology or Food Science
- Mandatory experience in biscuit manufacturing industry only.
- 2–5 years of relevant production experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in automated biscuit production lines.
- Knowledge of baking parameters and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ERP or production reporting systems.
