Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, vendor coordination, process optimization, and ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Prepare and execute production plans as per the MRP schedule.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and adherence to delivery commitments.
- Supervise and manage production manpower, allocating resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and outsourced components.
- Visit vendor sites for stage inspections whenever required.
- Resolve production-related issues, machine operator concerns, and technical drawing queries.
- Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.




- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Analyze production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to improve overall performance.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management based on business requirements.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of 2D engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machining operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
