Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Phagwara Tehsil.

The Production

Manager will oversee day-to-day printing operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff, coordinating with design and sales teams, ensuring optimal use of machinery and materials, and maintaining safety and compliance standards on the shop floor. The role also involves tracking production metrics, resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting continuous training and development of the production team.

Qualifications





Demonstrated experience in production management or supervisory roles within printing, packaging, or a similar manufacturing environment.

Strong skills in production planning, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to meet quality and delivery targets.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, provide clear instructions, and foster a collaborative and safe working workplace.

Basic knowledge of printing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance practices, with an emphasis on quality control.

Competence in using production tracking tools, spreadsheets, or ERP systems to monitor output, waste, and efficiency.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and addressing operational challenges.

Relevant diploma or degree in production, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Willingness to work on-site in Phagwara Tehsil and adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
