 Plan and drive daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.  Ensure seamless production operations with timely achievement of output targets while maintaining efficiency.  Lead, manage, and optimize manpower deployment, shift planning, and overall team productivity.  Maximize machine utilization by minimizing downtime and ensuring preventive maintenance coordination.  Oversee product quality standards, focusing on reducing rejection rates and scrap generation.  Continuously improve cycle time, enhance productivity, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.  Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Purchase teams for smooth operations.  Monitor daily production metrics, analyze performance gaps, and present actionable reports to management.  Drive strict adherence to safety protocols, 5S practices, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards across the plant
