Manufacturing Operations

Leadership - Lead and manage complete production operations including SMT, PCB Assembly, Box Build, Testing, Environmental Screening, and System Integration.

Ensure achievement of production targets, on-time delivery (OTD), throughput, and productivity objectives.Drive a First-Time-Right (FTR) manufacturing culture with a focus on zero defects and minimal rework.Manage high-mix, low-volume, and complex manufacturing programs typical of Aerospace &

- Defense environments.Optimize production planning, resource utilization, capacity management,
