Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage upstream processing, including cell culture, bioreactors, fermentation, and downstream purification.
- Handling of viral product, Cell bank, virus bank
- Oversee vaccine production processes from seed development to final product release.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) and cGMP guidelines.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, personnel training, and project management.
