POSITION: Production Head

Location: GNG Electronics Ltd- Raheja District, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai - 400706

Role Summary: Lead end-to-end plant and refurbishment operations with full P&L; ownership, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, quality, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and high-performing teams.

Qualification Required:

BE/B.Tech /MBA with more than 10 -15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, refurbishment, consumer durables, EMS, electronics or relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead complete plant operations with full P&L; ownership.
- Lead end-to-end refurbishment operations -from Asset Receiving to Packaging & Dispatch
- Ensure availability of refurbish able assets, spare parts, and consumables
- Optimize inventory levels, warehouse operations, and reverse logistics
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
- Ensure adherence to refurbishment SOPs and quality standards
- Improve First Pass Yield (FPY), customer acceptance rate, and warranty performance
- Reduce refurbishment cycle time, production costs, and waste




- Improve labour productivity and operational efficiency
- Monitor refurbishment cost per unit
- Lead Production, Allocation, Quality, Warehouse, Stores, Spares FIF, Paint, LED and L3 Teams
- Build leadership capability and succession plans
- Ensure compliance with EHS, labour laws, and statutory regulations
- Hands on experience & eye for details in laptop/desktop repairing & refurbishment

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age 40 Years+
- Pan and Aadhar card must
- No criminal record & should be medically fit
- Willingness to work from Navi Mumbai and travel as required
- Candidates from similar industries will be preferred
