Role Description The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end production processes that support PInterview’s online mock interview offerings. In this full-time remote role, the Production Executive will manage scheduling of sessions, monitor workflow, and ensure that interviews and related content are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning production activities, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams and external experts, and resolving operational issues to maintain a smooth user experience.





The role also involves implementing process improvements, supporting quality control checks, and contributing to documentation and reporting to align production operations with business goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently organize and oversee interview and content production workflows.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, industry professionals, and users in a clear and skilled manner.

Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor service delivery, ensure adherence to standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates with knowledge of Food Technology or similar technical domains are welcome, especially if they bring structured process thinking and industry exposure.

Relevant experience in production or operations in online services, EdTech, or consulting environments is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are required.

Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management platforms, video-conferencing tools) is preferred.

A diploma or degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
