Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Noida.

The Production

Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for consumer electronic products, ensuring efficient production workflows and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning production schedules, monitoring line performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to optimize output and reduce defects. The role involves analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, supporting new product introductions, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning to manage and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to maintain product standards, conduct inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a focus on safety and quality.
