Diploma/BE/BTech/ME/MTech Mechanical/Industrial/Production engineering with 1-7 years experience in manufacturing industry.

Composites experience preferred.

PLANT WORK LOCATION: KADAPA-ANDHRAPRADESH.

NOTE:

This is onsite job, candidate has to move to Kadapa, and work here for minimum 2 years, all interviews takes place in Kadapa, in face to face manner only. Roles and Responsibilities.

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Ensure effective use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.




- Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality products.
- Manage daily production planning, shift planning, and manpower handling.
- Oversee shop floor management and implement 5S methodology.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (production engineering).
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of employee management, kaizen principles, safety management systems (5S methodology), and production supervising techniques.
