Role Description

This full-time Production Engineer role is an on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Production

Engineer will plan, coordinate, and oversee electronics manufacturing and assembly operations for defence and aerospace hardware, ensuring production runs meet quality, schedule, and process standards.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring manufacturing activities against production targets,



overseeing PCB assembly and box-build operations on the shop floor, coordinating EMI/EMC and ESS testing during production runs, managing wiring and cable harnessing activities for sub-systems and full units, and driving Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices across the production floor to improve efficiency and reduce waste. We're looking for candidates who can join by September 1st, 2026.

Qualifications

- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production engineering
- Hands-on experience with PCB assembly and box-build processes
- Experience coordinating EMI/EMC and ESS testing during production
- Familiarity with wiring and cable harnessing for electronic sub-systems
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
- Available to join by September 1st, 2026
- Experience in Defence or Aerospace manufacturing environments is a strong plus
