Are you a Mechanical Engineer passionate about manufacturing and shop floor operations? We're hiring a Production Engineer to join a fast-growing engineering manufacturing company based in Nagpur .

Location: Nagpur

Work Mode: Work from Office (Manufacturing Plant)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience:

- 1-5 Years
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary:

- 1+ Year Experience: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- 2+ Years Experience: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
- Travel Allowance Extra

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Achieve production targets and improve shop floor efficiency
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores and Maintenance teams
- Maintain production documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Drive process improvements and minimize production downtime

- Fabrication & Assembly Processes




- Quality Control
- Mechanical Drawing Reading
- BOM Understanding
- Process Improvement
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
