- Operate and supervise PU Direct Injection Safety Shoe production.
- Set and optimize machine parameters such as injection pressure, shot weight, mold temperature, and cycle time.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets with optimum productivity and minimum rejection.
- Analyze and resolve production defects such as short filling, flash, air bubbles, sole separation, and sink marks.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards including EN ISO 20345 and IS 15298.
- Lead manpower planning, shift management, and shop floor discipline.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, and SMED.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores for smooth production flow.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records, process documentation, and ERP updates.

Candidate Profile

- 01-03 years of hands-on experience in PU Direct Injection Safety Footwear Manufacturing.
- Experience in operating DESMA, Main Group, Gusberti, Gusbi, or equivalent PU injection machines.
- Sound knowledge of Single Density and Double Density PU & Double Density PU-Rubber sole injection processes.
- Robust understanding of EN ISO 20345, IS 15298, and safety footwear manufacturing standards.




- Ability to independently set and optimize machine parameters (mixing ratio, shot weight, injection pressure, mold temperature, and cycle time).
- Experience in troubleshooting production defects such as short filling, flash, air bubbles, sole separation, sink marks, and voids.
- Proven experience in achieving production targets while maintaining quality and minimizing rejection.
- Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good leadership skills with experience in shop floor supervision, manpower handling, shift management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and production reporting will be an added advantage.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Footwear Technology, Leather Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Polymer Technology.
- Candidates from FDDI, CFTI, CLRI, or equivalent institutes will be preferred.
- Candidates from Safety Footwear, Industrial Footwear, Sports Footwear, Leather Products, or PU Injection Moulding industries will be given preference.
- Willingness to relocate to Sitarganj, Uttarakhand and work in rotational shifts, if required.
