The Production Sr Enginee r ( Sheet Metal ) will be responsible for Manpower Handling, executing, and monitoring daily production activities, ensuring timely completion of projects, maintaining quality standards, and managing shop-floor manpower and resources.

About the Role

Execute production plan as per project schedule. Strong knowledge of machine assembly & manufacturing processes. Ensure timely assembly of machines and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

- Allocate work as per priority and skill level.
- Monitor daily production targets and report progress.
- Maintain discipline and productivity on shop floor.
- Good leadership and team management skills along with Good problem-solving capability.
- Ensure assembly is done as per released drawings and BOM.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during assembly.
- Monitor shortages and escalate proactively.




- Support installation and internal machine trials.
- Maintain 5S standards on shop floor.
- Coordinate with Application & Design teams for modifications.
- Monitor machine tools and equipment condition.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
